Leap reports Feelings, Cognitive state, Response States and Net Emotional Equity of an event in single word. Leap can report 12 cognitive states, 14 Response States, 56 different Feeling states and 19 NEE states.
On global scale many companies offer emotion identification solutions in domains like media analytics, UX & UI analysis and product performance measurement. They report their findings in just seven basic emotions viz. Sad, Confused, Disgust, Fear, Angry, Neutral and Happy and that too by every frame having confidence threshold.
Meaning, if one second of video recoding has 25 frames, you get 25 different results of emotions per frame with varying degree of confidence. Thus, typically reporting is done moment to moment basis and not for entire human interaction or event, totally missing out on interpretation and sense of the situation of a human interaction.

Blur, fast moving persons, focus, lighting conditions, and pose may affect the outcome. Well-lit and directly focused faces provide better results. Accuracy of those videos is nearly precise.
Leap transmit data through secure channel and store data in encrypted form. Leap accepts and processes only that data for which user has given their explicit consent. Leap is GDPR compliant and follows all leading best security practices. All captured data is anonymous as Leap do not ask for individual names, places or addresses. Random 10% of the videos are kept for longer time for manual quality checks and reviews and rest are all deleted.
